Dry kit before the maf sensor(I had no problems with mine in the intake elbow, however 12sec says as far away from the maf as possible produces better results), wet kit after (tapped in Throttle body normally). -
yup, just like nachius said. Depends on what type of kit.

Dry before.
Dry should be as far away from maf as possible to benifit from the cooling affect.Race car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
