Supposedly, when the bass hits from EXTREME systems and their sub woofer designs heat can be generated.

Heat on sub magnets affects stereo perf

Cooling the large sub magnets gets rid of heat

Better low end sound

Yea that seems like it would also work with amps, but a tad expensive.

a amd that has been worked VERY had will begin to cut out or shut off upon overheat, but I've never though of spraying them!
