      The law makes really no difference to me, If I'm pulled over for racing I'd expect to be penalized heavily. I was just letting the people know that have their bottles in plain sight that they may want to relocate it to avoid potential problems with the law enforcement if they get pulled over for stupid things other then racing.

        Keep the bottle hidden. It's illegal in most states anyway to have a nitrous system "on" and/or the bottle connected to the line while operating a vehicle. In NJ we have to carry a permit for it also that states it's sole intention is for use in a race car.

          its the same here in NY ..i've always had my tank where it is..been pulled over plenty of times in the past with it in plain sight and never had a problem..nobody has ever even said anything about it [img]smile.gif[/img]

                  That law makes no sence.

                  1. You can not have the bottle in the car (any car).

                  2. You can have a system if it is not hooked up and you are on your way to the track.

                  How the heck are you going to run at the track if there is no way to get the bottle to the track??????

                  However, if you read further, the only way you will be fined or punished in any way is if you have a system and a bottle and exceed the speed limit by 5 mph or more. So, you can have the system as long as you do not speed.
