I Have a 1998 3800 camaro and was wondering if anyone has the Sneky pete set up. Can you tell a differace? Does it even work on non carburated cars?

Yes it would "work" but it is something to the effect of a 35 shot with a TINY bottle.

So basically you would not feel it AND it would run out VERY quickly
