the only time i've heard of this is either when you dont let out what has become gasious nitrous in the bottle before you have it filled (basically all the dead air when you're done with the juice)..or when the bottle is just too warm to fill..trying to fill the bottle like this is like having your heater on..it drives the pressure way up and does not allow as much juice in..this happens if you've left your bottle sitting in the car on a hot summer day..id suggest making SURE its completely empty..no pressure left at all..and sticking it in the freezer for a while before having it filled

        Yup.

There are 2 ways of filling a nitrous tank.

        1) shop freezes the bottle the nite before..... then fills it up next day.... warm bottle contents (main supply fills right into cold owners bottle

        2) cryo pump forces nitrous into owners bottle

If you walked into their place, said fil it up, they hooked it up and tried to fill it there is no way you would get a complete full bottle in the summer.

Go to another shop... they know nothing

But then..... you drive there.... with a frozen bottle.... and by the time you get there it begins to warm up.

haha, if you don't wanna leave it overnight at a shop in their freezer just make sure you don't leave the bottle cooking in the sun. If you know you're gonna fill it leave it in the house until your ready to go up there that way atleast it stays room temp.

I'm with him, if they told you that they shouldn't be filling cylinders.

i work at a welding supply, one of our acounts fills nitrous, i filled high pressure cylinders for 3 years, its easy, just like filling co2 (wich only takes minutes, but you can make it seem longer and harder if you want), so if they tell u other wise tell them to stick it . i think u guys get ur bottles for 60 dollars for a fill, i can get it for 25, its not expensive, easy to fill, this welding industry fools customers, sorry guys, its buisness... lol
