I have a 2001 firebird with the y87 package.
I bought a dry nitrous kit from compucar, it comes with 20-100 nozzles, im currently running a 40 shot, how big of a shot is safe for my car????,
all i have is a 3 inch flowmaster catback, 3"high flow cat, ceramic coated headers from rk sport, K&N aircharger intake system, NGK Iridium sparkplugs, and i just bought a hypertech programer
75 shot 100 if you get a fuel pump... log your runs with the hypertech if opossible and see if you get any KR (knock) with the 40 shot move up to 50 then 75 if all is well with 75 get a fuel pump and try a 100 shot. I wouldnt go any higher than that without internal work..
Mystic Teal Metallic
ET:15.1 NA 14.3@96 MPH 75 Dry Shot
ditch the hypertech immediately! That is not good to have with the nitrous. Advancing the timing with the programmer will cause some problems. I didn't think you could log with hypertech anyways.
But yea stay at a 75 until you upgrade your fuel delivery system
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
