Man you guys are crazy...
Its an easy install if you have severe problems installing it sit back and do a million searches and read up alot about nitrous, not just the install just everything.

Thanks.. just ordered them from summit. They should be here in 3-4 days.
BTW.. We wired the arming switch to the accessory. If you use your accessory for sirius or a radar detector you may want to choose something else to wire it to. When I sprayed the other night with them on they both shut off during my spray.<b><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2288859\" target=\"_blank\">1999 Mustang GT(Car Domain)</a><br /><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2123740\" target=\"_blank\">1998 Pontiac Firebird(Car Domain) *SOLD*</a></b> <br /><br /><a href=\"http://www.camarov6.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=9;t=000902\" target=\"_blank\"><b>PA</b> - Maple Grove Test\'N\'Tune <i>April 15th</i></a>

pumm3l - no it didn't blow the fuse.. the nitrous slowed down right after they turned off and cut out a little bit. I will make sure I have no accessories hooked up for the future.
Carl - the nitrous is activated by a WOT switch. When you have your pedal to the ground the nitrous sprays when the kit is armed by the arming button. Do not activate it below 3000 rpms. I make sure I am above 4k rpms when I start spraying. Let off the throttle between gears and you will be okay.
I will take pictures of the WOT switch.<b><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2288859\" target=\"_blank\">1999 Mustang GT(Car Domain)</a><br /><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2123740\" target=\"_blank\">1998 Pontiac Firebird(Car Domain) *SOLD*</a></b> <br /><br /><a href=\"http://www.camarov6.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=9;t=000902\" target=\"_blank\"><b>PA</b> - Maple Grove Test\'N\'Tune <i>April 15th</i></a>

Shaun.. I noticed this crack and i think it let all my nitrous leek out. The WOT switch came loose so I used zippy ties to connect it tightly against the bracket. I untied the nitrous lines and tested the solenoids and they click. I think the bottle is empty so I will have to get it re-filled. 3 places are out of stock but there is one called Custom Imports that I will try out tomorrow.
The crack:

that's odd, making sure the bottle valve is closed tight remove the pressure gauge and inspect the inside, if it's cracked you'll notice it right away, that to me looks like a gash on the gauge adapter those things are pretty tough I can't see it actually cracking.
Edit:
Oh if you had your bottle vavle closed then it would NOT have leaked out of that crack IF it is cracked, the vavle prevents any nitrous from even hitting that point if it's shut. If it was leaking from there you would of heard it leaking with a hissing noise coming from the gash.
An easy way to find out if your bottle is empty is to weigh it, on the side of the bottle there should be a label telling you how much the bottle weighs so when you weight it just subtract the weight of the bottle and whatever is left is how many lbs of nitrous you have.
Keep in mind with a 75 shot I can probably get about 8-10 runs in with a full 10lbs. You only have 4lbs if the nitrous is low and especially since you don't have the heater hooked up yet then you won't notice the nitrous hitting, the bottle pressure should be at 900 psi the less nitrous you have the longer it takes to build pressure.

I took the guage off and it is cracked. I hooked the nitrous line up to the bottle and it still doesn't push out as much horsepower as I had when I sprayed last night. I filled the bathtub with hot water and let it sit there for 30 minutes took it in my car and tried spraying again. same result. So I think the bottle may be close to empty I will go and weigh it.
The bottle weighs in between 14-15 pounds.. it is suppsoed to be 14lbs and 12 oz. empty so somehow the 4lbs of nitrous leeked out. I used it three times last night. Once on a run from 0-80 the second from a 3rd gear roll(had a truck that was playing with me on the way home :-P) other time was when we were testing it.
That may have used it. but i think the cracked nut may have played a part in it.
Here is a picture of the gauge after I took it off:

*I had the valve closed when I got home and I untied the nitrous line, I may have just used it all. but 4lbs in 1 run and 2 gear runs sounds like a lot of nitrous

wow that surprises me that it cracked I get on those things pretty hard and that's never happened to me.
Since it was cracked I would guess that when you did have your bottle valve open it was leaking out, but with a crack that large though we should of heard it leaking which is odd.
If you only have about a lb or two of nitrous then your hitting it then you won't feel it, the bottle can't build enough pressure for the nitrous to really do anything, when my bottle is that low even my bottle heater can't pull the pressure high enough to do anything so warm water wouldn't help. You need to get that bottle completely filled and get that gauge and heater on it.
Your really pushing the envelope spraying without the colder plugs and right nitrous pressure.

If that part is cracked all the way through, I would think you could tell when you open the bottle. The line would be under a lot of pressure, so you should be able to see or hear it leaking.
Needless to say, you're breaking all the rules. Do you have a window switch hooked up? Even though it's tempting, I wouldn't spray anymore if I were you. Wait until you get all the safety features hooked up.Old Car = 12.679 @ 106.5 on 150 dry shot.

pumm3l - I firgured out what was wrong with the gears. You mentioned it was happening in your stang when the shifter went bad. So I pulled mine apart tonight and it was really loose.. the two screws holding the upper arm onto the lower were about ready to come apart. So I tightened everything up and put it back together and it is as good as new.
xcd - No i do not have a window switch but next paycheck I will be buying one along with a purge kit. I am getting plugs tomorrow and I ordered the parts for the FPSS already so it will be hooked up soon.
by the way. that nut began with a noticable crack. Then when I tried to take it off it snapped like it was in the picture. So it probablly had a slow leak in it while I was on my way home.. good thing I had my windows down.
