relay for msd window switch

My msd window switch will cut out when the solenoids are on, after reading up on it. The solenoids pull too much for the window switch to handle and will fry the window switch in some cases. They said to wire a relay so it will not pull so much from the switch. I have it hooked up with the yellow wire for the ground from the window switch to the neg . on the soleniods. The postive for the solenoids are wired to the nitrous relay. How would I wire a relay to supply a neg. ground for the solenoids? For the 85,86,87, and 30 outputs on the relay. Is there anyway you can give a diagram of what you doing?

I'm trying to wire the neg leads from the soleniods to a realy which will be triggered by the neg lead from the msd window switch. If it is possible?

I think I found out how to wire it up correctly, I have to use another relay seperate from the nitrous relay for the solenoids. This is the relay wiring for the msd switch, 30,85 go to postive source( i"ll use the relay from the nitrous kit). Solenoids are grounded and the other wire goes to 87 pin, 86 pin is the yellow wire from the msd window switch(gray wire not used). I'll see if it works on Wed.
