i have a 97 3.8L firebird with around 77,000 miles on it would a 100 or 150 shot off zex wet kit work or will i just blow my motor

Do you already have the kit? Zex will have problems getting to 150.

If its your DD, I dont suggest a 150 on a stock bottom end. 100 and you will be fine as long as you have supporting mods.

You should have intake and exhaust before nitrous.

Then when you put it on you'll want to do a fpss and a window switch along with the WOT switch that will come with the kit.

A nitrous filter is also a good idea.

sweet yea i think ill go with the 100 shot its a just a fun car to go out and mess with people every once in a while but yea thanks for all of ur help

Dont forget NGK TR6 spark plugs too. If you dont tune for a 100 shot, you will have KR like you wouldnt believe, so I do suggest a good tune. Its not 100% necessary, but a very good idea.

KR = knock retard.

My tune cost me about $350. No you dont have to tune every time you spray, just tune it once and you are good to go. :D

At this point you dont sound like you can safely do nitrous on your car yet, do more research please for the sake of the car and you.
