Have you guys ever heard of a fogger nozzel going bad? heres a link to look at:
    http://texasmeltdowns.com/FOGGER.HTM
I think this is what is happening to mine , It always will run lean even if I change the fuel jets to .038 it still runs at 14.1 to 16.1 . I ordered a new nozzel so I will have it Wed. and will see if that was the problem, I tested the relay , wot switch and even took the fuel line off and activated it into a clear container and the fuel solenoid is firing like it should. I even took the fogger out and blew through the nitrous side and it was smooth, fuel side had a little restriction to it( but air would come out,not as smooth as the nitrous side though. I bought the nozzel on ebay( said it was new) That was my first mistake. Whats your your guess?

fuel pressure at WOT is 50 to 55 psi(I have a walbro 255) and a autometer fuel pressure gauge inside the car. I don't know what else it could be besides the fogger nozzel.

If it wasn't for my wideband I would of blown my engine up, I always look at the air/fuel gauge when I hit the spray.

Wow, I've never heard of that  I have that same nozzle too.

The weird thing is, LS1tech did a huge study on nozzles (tested about 10 different ones) and the NOS always ran richer than all the others.

never heard of the nozzle going bad, interesting. You are having the worst luck getting a kit to work correctly on your car. I feel bad for ya

I'm was almost going to give up on it , but I'll find the problem sooner or later. I know the fuel solenoid is working because I can leave the nitrous bottle closed and hit the switch and I will go rich in an instant.

Well, how old are the solenoids?

I have had to have my TNT solenoids rebuilt here and there.

If you add some cheesy octane boosters (or even good ones like NOS brand) it can cause the plunger to swell and cause problems.

Let me know about the above stuff.

                    Re: fogger nozzel gone bad

I think it was something in the solenoid, I bought it new about 6 months ago, but I think something was clogged either in the line or solenoid. It finally blew out when I put a .043 fuel jet in. Now it is working fine again. I never use Octane boosters, I use 100-103 octane if I want to up my octane.

                      OK, good to hear.

Best of luck.... I've stuck with a max of 100 octane for those really hot days and high shots of nitrous
