I got my purge kit because I wanted to be cool along with all the other kids. LOL. It really does look cool though.

Hey, anyone ever paint their nitrous bottle a different color? Red and Purple just dont go good together. Is it ok to do that, and will it hurt the bottles integrity any?

Spraying the bottles isnt easy. The paint doesnt get that shiny smooth texture to it. Either get it powdercoated or get a bottle blanket. Where are you planning on mounting the bottle? You know that the mounting angle has to be at a certain tilt. You should invest in 860 performance's bottle mount like mine. (Check out my cardomain). Some even come with built in bottle heaters.

actually man I am getting the exact same bracket that you have but mounting it on the hump between the two rear seats. That is why I want it to be colored red, because everything else is and purple just will not look good in there for car shows and such!
Don't cover the label on your bottle though when you paint it. Some shops can be picky about the label being on there or they won't fill it. People airbrush them all the time though as well as paint them
