oops, must of missed that one, sorry! now, how do I use that bad boy?
just type in different size nitrous jets and the psi you are gonna run the bottle at and it tells you the power you would put out at the rear wheels and flywheel.
Also will tell you the size fuel jet needed for that nitrous shot
ok, today I went and bought switches to use on my kit and I noticed something that is different. In some of the pics I have seen their switches have 3 prongs attached to the back of the switch, and mine only have 2 prongs, what is the diff?

3 terminal switches will have 2 power terminals and one ground terminal, these usually have a built-in indicator light. Its just a lil fancier, thats all.
2 terminal swithces are just simple toggles. All it does is break the signal from one end of the wire to the other.
My kit came with the 3 terminal switch but I just used a 2 terminal toggle switch.
Um... well it is too late... sorry I missed this thread because I would have said the following:
1) Zex is crap - don't waste your money
2) $275 per hour for dyno tune?!?!?! Go elsewhere.
3) Don't bother with that nitrous master control center thing
4) Please... please.... try to use the "search" before you just post away ver easily answered questions.
Best of luck
zex isn't crap, works just fine for guys just starting out and not looking for 125+ shots of nitrous. I had a tough time researching the zex kits on the v8 sites and finding people that have had bad experiences. Most of them were just them outgrowing the zex kit. There were a lot of guys that just said not to get them because of the purple and such. Plus he paid like 250 for a kit, can't complain about the price to much. ZEX, and NOS are more known in the 4banger crowd and NX, dynotune, NOS, TNT are more known in the domestic crowds

wow, thanks for jumping in so late and helping out...i think. However, I already have the kit, so not getting it is out, yeah its purple but it will be painted. Im not loooking for anything huge, Im just trying to get used to the idea of using nitrous. $275 and hour for a dyno tune, yeah its high, but I have no where else to go around here at all. I did a hell of a lot of searching around here lately and found a lot of great info about a lot of things, but these guys have been a great help in giving me install info and getting me prepared to do all this, and I thank them for that because there is not a lot of info on here about zex. So thanks for chiming in, but help with the questions that I've asked, because they are for good reason, not just discourage everything I have decided on so far. :)

Ok, I need to buy an NPT Tap to drill into my intake for the N2O nozzle, and I did not get one with the kit that I got, and I cant figure out what size of one to get. I have it narrowed down between 1/16 and 1/8, does anyone have any ideas about how to figure it out for sure!

well the thing is, it did not come with instructions, becuase the guy didnt have them, but he said he thought it was the kit for the LS1 motor, and that instruction tells me it is a 1/8 NPT Tap, but he said that he thought it was a 1/16 NPT Tap, so you can see why I am confused. Do you think I could get both, and start with the smaller one and if it is to small then make it bigger with the bigger one? Which one is bigger?
