So after seeing how badly my 60's were at the track I knew I needed to change things up a bit. My car was a soooooo slow off the line and taking way too long to hit 3000 rpm when the nitrous kicked in. So I took one of my dual purge 'noids and rigged up a secondary dry system (I made T fitting so I still have a dual purge ;) ).
Stage 1: 50 dry shot at WOT
Stage 2: 75 wet shot at 3000-6000 rpm
"Custom" dual trigger system I didnt have to have 2 WOT switches, but I thought it looked much cleaner than piggy-backing onto the extisting switch IMO.
copycat. ;) Never can let me be different than you uh, lol
I follow the best of them!
Nah, If my car would run stonger off the line, I would have left it as it was or bumped the shot up and kept the prog controller. Plus I am out of your league with the size shots you will be running lol.

looks good though, you using switches to control them?
Yeah, I have 2 toggles in the car to control them and they have separate WOT triggers. They are 2 completely separate systems except they share the same bottle.
BTW, this was all put together with spare parts in my tool box. The only parts I had to buy were a -4AN hose. inline fuse holder and a T fitting....$33 spent all together
nice work, good to hear you were able to do it cheap like that.
I am setting up a kit for a ls1 car that is going to be on Pinks (for slips not money) here in MI this summer and it is coming along nicely. Gonna be spraying 250-300 shot on it, lol. So it should add some publicity for my site, lol.
Hopefully this setup gets you off the line a bit better for ya and help your times.
Two stages is definitely fun and you will like it :) I need to get to the track now, starting my new job on the 15th now that I graduated so money won't be an issue for future mods. :)
2.1? I got 2.1 on General Ameri-G4S 205/70R15 that I used over part of the winter :)They were mounted on the classic style 1980s Caprice steelies. At the track I was stock except for alum. flywheel, stg3 clutch and cut off exhaust. did 14.9@93
\'97 Camaro M5 Y87 3.23 LSD, homebrew CAI, highfloCat, Flowmaster catback, Pacesetter headers, specstage3 clutch and aluminum flywheel, !egr, 2kW system.

Possible L67 bottom end w/ abbott heads and a turbo in the works... gotta do more homework
what tire psi are you running for front and back? Does it bog or spin off line?
If you're talking to me, that 60' time was with my old '98 Camaro A4. Front tire PSI was around 40, rear was around 25, I think. It didn't bog or spin...just a slight chirp, and it went.

You also have a 5 speed so you can rev higher than me in my stock stalled auto.
Travis, my consistant 2.2 60's were on 23 psi in the rear and 35 in the front. I tried 28 psi in the rears thinking that maybe I was dead hooking, but that didnt help....2.3 60's :(
