I was wondering what is the best purge kit the dual or the single. What I mean by this which one will purge the most nitrous in the air.
I noticed that not all people with nitrous kits when purging nitrous some you can barely see it and some you can see like a big cloud of nitrous so whats better or is it a matter of taste
purging is just to get air out of the lines, so technically you dont want to see anything... when you see a big cloud, that just means someone is wasting valuable nitrous... when you dont see anything, that means that someone is using the purge when its meant to be used.
2002 SOM Camaro- Sold
2006 S60- Sold
2000 Cherokee- The desert whip
I know but it looks cool when you see a big cloud of nitrous thats why Im trying to figure out which one to get single or dual. Not all purge kits works the same I know this from watching people purge on youtube some of them works better than others. Some you can't even tell if the are purging thats just how bad it looks
if there's liquid nitrous exiting the line, you're going to see white.
if you want a really big cloud, i'd say use one line and keep the bottle pressure UP. i'm sure a purge at 1200 psi would turn a few heads.
make sure no birdies are flying close by when you do it because you'll end up with a frozen bird on your hood.
i try to avoid turning heads. my little hsw dry kit has my SS breaking past 500 rwtq (and i tuned it on the freeway). i'm sure a big white cloud is probable cause to search a car for illegal modifications.
Yeah, I purged out of my SD hood and kept the solenoid travel low to stay off the radar...anytime I'm questioned I just say its my wiper fluid (even though I don't have a washer fluid bottle anymore heh )
