That or run it under the car along the subframe. Thats where I have mine and havent had any trouble. If you do that, wire tie the crap out of it to make sure it doesnt sag or able to get snagged on something.

I had to drill a new hole for mine in the firewall, then for safety measures put heat sleeving around it, esp. around where I drilled the hole, up past the headers and ziptied it away from the engine side.

Depends on bottle pressure, size of the solenoid, ambient air temp and humidity.
