do you have a FPSS on there? If so maybe you have to turn it down a bit because it is borderline and clicking the system on and off.

      Re: nitrous confusion

Nitrous does tend to change the odor of the exhaust. If your using a relay to activate the solenoids that could have a bad ground or be going bad. The switch your using to turn it on could also be bad. You should also check to see if your fuel pressure is high enough to keep you fuel pressure safety switch happy like 97rs said.

I had a problem like this and it turned out to be a bad splice from my tach signal to the window switch. You might want to check all of your connections and make sure they're secure.

            Re: nitrous confusion

I would keep the bottle off and pull the fuel pump fuse and activate the system to see if the solenoids are staying energized. You can touch a screwdriver to the center of the solenoids above the coil and they should be magnetic if energized. If you didn't have a good purge, normally it would fall on it's face and then take off like a raped ape when the liquid nitrous hits.

he fixed the issue, he had to clock the nozzle a little bit, the maf was reading it weird and causing the hesitation

What activates the nitrous? Some type of controller or window switch? Or just a WOT switch?

ah I thought I seen a post from you about clocking the nozzle, must have been someone else on ftv6. He was having hesitation issues and it was because he had to clock the nozzle a bit to hit the MAF sensor differently. Runs great now for him. Might be a similar issue with you

"Move it" so it sprays the maf , so the computer will add extra fuel.

yes rotate your nozzle so it sprays in a different direction. Like a 1/8 turn and such clockwise or counterclockwise and such to adjust where it is spraying and how it is spraying over the maf
