nitrous kits are universal unless they have a plate or something instead of a nozzle. As long as it uses a nozzle it will work on a v6

I had thought V8 kits use a bigger line for the nitrous and fuel, this would throw off jet sizing a bit, ours 4an and I thought V8's where 6 an, I could be wrong though. I hope someone can give some help on this.

It will work. V6 and V8 base kits use 4an. I'm unsure if that's exactly how Harris Speed works, but if it's a nozzle, you're good to go. 6an kits are usually a price step up.

The Kits with the 6AN line are for 300 plus horsepower and two stage systems.

I guess that clears it up for me, nice to know you can use V8 kits.

That'll work, but just make sure it's wired up correctly.

any advantages to using a plate kit? I remember ZEX recommending you mount the nozzle about 6 (?) inches away from the TB. Does plate give you enough room?

a plate kit is made to work with an ls1 intake, so no it is not going to work on a v6. A plate sprays the nitrous and fuel in a pattern to mix it, works great on ls1 car and lt1 cars. It would be a wet kit if it is a plate.
