Any one using one of these? I am looking at the dyno tune nitrous window switch with gear lock out. Any thoughts????

I have the dynotune window/rpm switch with the gear lockout. Using it on my two stage nitrous setup. Lots of peeps run it with great success too

are you using only a single kit? If so you will not need the gear lockout part of it. It is for those that cannot get traction with it in 1st gear. Set it up normally if you are using a 50-100 shot on your car

tr6s are 4177
with a 3.8 the 75 shot dry is fine with the stock fuel system
I would also suggest taking a look at the MSD window switch as well. Another solid window switch that people often use. http://www.gvperformance.com/store/i...&productId=119

thanks 97, i had already order the dyno tune one i wish i would have bought the one from the guy one here though and saved a little dough :rant: but i think my final question is will a 75 shot be ok with a stock tune? I read somewhere that for every 50 shot timing should be retarded 2 degrees.

I ran a 75 shot on the stock fuel system for about 2 bottles. Then my fuel pump crapped out.
Walbro 255lph and I ran a 100 shot for about 2 bottles. On stock tune. It ran just fine.1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH

fuel pumps can go out without any signs, or others will studder at random until they clunk out.

my fuel pump went shortly after installing nitrous, I was able to easily tell because I had a fuel pressure gauge. The pressure would randomly decrease at WOT, I replaced it and everything was fine. If you're so worried about it why don't you just upgrade it now then when you up the shot later on it's one less thing to worry about.
