yeah...maybe you could do that...but just using a different size rubber line and some clamps would probably do it too...either way i am sure it will be fine.
I just figured out that I have a brand new never used fuel pressure safety switch from coldfusion I was gonna sell it but can this item help me in anyway since I have the electric fuel pump. I just bought a digital fuel pressure gauge btw I really wanna use the fuel pressure safety switch but I really don't know how to use it so I tried hooking it up once to my nitrous bottle and it didn't work so I just put it in my closet along with a million other things that I buy for my car.
If anyone can tell me how to use this device it would be greatly appreciated
Im sorry this a nitrous fuel pressure switch that I decided I didn't wanna use because I didn't wanna have my bottle on at all times especially in my city with the weather its hot enough and I have t tops. But can this switch be used for a fuel safety switch it came from coldfusion here is a link of what I bought a while back
^^ It looks just an FPSS, but I dont what if its made of different materials to handle fuel instead of nitrous.
I would buy an actual FPSS that was designed to be just that. If I were you I'd stop trying to cut corners with these gadgets that you come across on Ebay and just pony-up the cash for the CORRECT parts that are designed to do a specific job. But its your motor and your car...
my electric fuel pump is hooked up to a switch but what happens if I turn off the switch will that stop the flow of my fuel because I noticed before I hooked it up if I tried blowing through one hole nothing would come out of the otherside no air or nothing. But it wasny hooked up Im wondering if I turn the switch off while driving will it stop my fuel flow. I even tried pouring water and the water stopped and none came out of the other end so what if this happens if I turn off the switch while driving. Maybe it will still work if I turn off the switch but I highly doubt it I know this filter is very loud I can hear it over my 3 inch electric cutout. Can someone shed some light
This is why people put in Walbro 255's intank, most have single and some have dual intank pumps.
