New dyno, weird cut off

today i went and got re dyno'd everything was going great but for some reason it cuts off after 4500, my torque line is pretty flat, but i got a good line on my horsepower, and it looks like it would climb pretty good after 4500, but for some reason it stops, he said it felt like it hit the speed limiter, it was around 102mph, and i know the limiter is off, and it should hit passed that, my rev limiter is set to 6400, any ideas?

red graph is with closed cutout, blue is with open cutout anyways i got 196hp/234tq



edit: ughghg im so mad, i jsut found i had the fuel cut off set at 4500, as soon as i saw that i wanted to shoot my self, fu**, i just waisted money getting a dyno to only see half my results!

looking at my graph from my last dyno, i made 175hp at 4500 rpms, this time i made 196 at 4500, so thats 21hp gain, so i think a decent estimate would be 215-220, since i dyno'd at 192 last time
