use your money on something that will actually help your car out even more. Get hptuners, dynotune or a mail order tune (if just a bolt on car)

i have a 98 v6 and these really dont do anything at all. im kinda a noob at engines :(

Not much, besides lean out the car a little. I would save your money for full exhaust and intake first. Id rather spend 250 bucks on some drag radials.
