I recently had a garage weld up my Magnaflow catback, tho it had the Magnaflow exhaust for about a year.
Upon getting it back though, the CEL came on, and the car started running rough; it wouldn't stall, but would sputter after the engine warmed up, or warmed up when idling. There's no hesitation with the tach above 2300 rpms. The CEL went away after a day, but the problem persists, even after I disconnected the battery from the terminal to reset the ECU.
The CEL came back today, and Autozone pulls the code as a P0305. E3 spark plugs and MSD wires were swapped in late last year, and had been running fine.
I'm going to bring it into the mechanics next week, but wanted your collective experience on thoughts...? The other possible reasons are bad coil, vacumn leak, injector?
