i have a "ghetto' rigged intake for now until my new turbo gets here, is it possible to get this error if the intake isn't vacuum tight?

        Re: p0102

you are running the stock 3.8 maf in the tb correct? If so you can actually run open tb if you wanted to and it would run. So a ghetto intake shouldn't do it

ya stock throttle body and maf, the car runs, it just wont log anything in the scanner over .08g like this

in the scanner what does it say about your MAP? Is it giving you readings for that?

              Re: p0102

it reads the map, on a cold start it started around 44.0 and as it warmed up it dropped to around 30

i noticed i had some more DTC's set to "no error reported" i turned those off and im going to re-scan the car and see if anything shows up

re scanned the car, nothing else came up besides the MAF error, i do remember when i first got the car there was a resister on the IAT sensor, and i took it out and taped it up

is the iat sensor related the the maf at at? i notice they merge into the same wiring harness on my car, tomorrow i will check all the wires but its to dark right now

nope they go to a seperate pin at the PCM. Just use the same routing
