I purchased a tune from pcmforless, was doing some looking to see what the stock injector rating is for our cars. They tell me stock is 43, that seems high to me, is this true?
I thought stock was around 19 or so...
Reason I ask is this tune wouldnt run in my car, this is the 2nd time this has happend. It is running way to rich and is spitting and sputtering. :mad:

Stock injectors is 22.00 across the tables., then its fine tuned in using PE tables. 43 would be the fuel presure rating for the car. 36lB GTP injectors are usually 33LB on our fuel system just for example. You have a 96' so your using a 97' PCM , I can tune all 97 PCM's , if you can send me your Bin file so I can take a look. You don't have alot of performance mods to be messing around with the injector tables , so I woul def. ask then what their deal is, I'll try and post a pick of the stock fuel tables.

Yeah I dont really have anyway of seeing what the tunes doing(ability to send bin file), I just know its running super rich. They wouldnt work with me to fix it either, They just wanted to refund me. :rolleyes:
I need the tune as I have taken a huge leap from 3.08's to 4.10s', headers etc.
This is why you shouldnt buy a 96 if you plan to mod, lol.
EDIT: I can however ship it to you if you wanted to take a look at it. I still have my stock pcm in the car right now. Had to if I was gonna have a running car... GRR.
