hp tuners or DHP only because it is an editor only and you need something to be able to write it in with.
The thing with Tiny tuner though is it's free, and gives you many more options that the latter of those two tuners don't. So when you use it in conjunction with them, you have 100x as many options.
post on hp tuners or on club GP...those guys have bins kicking around...apparently DHP saves files as BINs...do note though that if you have hp tuners, whatever changes you make on hp tuners wont be read by tiny tuner...you'll have to make all your changes on tiny tuner, and only write them to your pcm using hp tuners.

Not in boost. I know the v8's have tables for this. I did find in the ae enrichment tables. A table where u can command only a percentage of your commanded PE vs barometric pressure up to 105. So I might just work with that
