I'm at 225-hp SAE-corrected at the wheels or about 275 SAE, at the flywheel.
I see 100% duty cycle at WOT high rpm. Not good.
What's the opinion on alternative injectors for that power level? Also, has anyone simply swapped in injectors from a supercharged 3800? Lastly, what do the folks think of RC Engineering injectors?
You'll need HPtuners to tune bigger injectors. I have ran GTP 36lb injectors before which is 33lb on our fuel system. I'm running 65lb(60lb) injectors right now.

Are "GTP 36lb injectors" GM PN 245082? Also, at what pressure are they 36lbs/hr?
At what horsepower level is your engine?
Don't know for sure, still waiting to do my front cover and I need to put some new headers on , I grinded too much on the flange, so its leaking. I'm going to go with some Pacesetters. GTP injectors are going to be 33lbs on our fuel system.

A lot of LS1 guys who are 350-450 whp run the Ford SVO 42#'s. Although, I saw on some site that the 60# injectors were cheaper than the 42# injectors...
And after I posted this, I realized that they're probably different. Anyway my point was that 42# would probably be fine.
I've been emailing with John Park at RC Engineering and he's saying at my power level 25 lb/hr injector is what I need. If I go with nitrous oxide, he suggests a 30.
You might as well get the GTP injectors at 33lbs, plus there like $60 used.

Fuel pressure is different be like runnig 24 or even 22LB injectors. At least with the GTP 36lb injectors we know their 33lb on our fuel system.

I've used RC Engineering injectors on other projects and I like them because the flow spread is typically 1 to 1.5%. In my experience OE injectors can't match that. Admittedly, from a flow perspective, the LT1 units would do the job as would the injectors used on the supercharged 3800s.
I'm going to pull out the stockers, which I'm told by RC are 21.5 lbs/hr and take them down to RC and have them flow both sets. Still haven't decided between the 25s or the 30s.
I want to keep the injector sizing reasonable for the engine as my feeling is the bigger the injector is for the engine's fuel needs, the harder it is to control the injector at low load.

Factory value is 22lbs for stock injectors.
I agree - bigger is not always better. The system needs to optimized for the "normal" operating condition (racing or DD) determined by the user.
.
I have my 65lb injectors tuned pretty well.
i go by pulse width which is around 2.2-2.0. Runs like stock. Its all in the tunning.

Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
