i've been thinking of putting a 3" in/out catco high flow cat on my car..the COT for the stock cat on stock tune is about 122* ..should this be changed at all for a larger, higher flowing cat?? ..i currently do not have a cat at all so the COT is at 250*

off hand why are you getting a CAT?
I am thinking of ditching mine. I think you should keep without it, especially running juice.
