yes I know ideally a wide band tune is the best way to go...
But wondering what I could get away with in adding timeing, any tips on fueling?
obviously will run a higher octane... Any thoughts/advice will be appreciated...

That seems pretty lean to me. I'd stay around at least 900 until you get a wideband. </font>
N/A and stock you want to be about 13.0-13.5 for max power and if you add a cam 12.5, FI is 11.5-11.8

Stay on the rich side until you get a wideband, then lean it out to where it should be for best power.

I have a laptop & a jumpdrive that will be in my car so it should be no problem
I have one quick question.. you know how people buy 160, 170 & 180 thermos? Can I adjust my car to keep my motor at 160-180 degrees with my stock thermo using the tuner?
