As stated before, the tune from TSP is working very well, but I have discovered a few issues with it. I asked for the fans to be programmed to come on at 180* and the EGR to be completely disabled as with the EGR codes. The fans are NOT coming on at 180 and after removing the EGR, I have the P1406 code, which is the EGR pintle position problem. Just so you all know, I called and left them a message and will see how the handle this tomorrow, should say something about their customer service.
Well that would be understandable, but when asked he said he could definately disable it completely, so I expected it to be done. Either way I will post as soon as I speak with them tonight.
off hand do you have to pay to ship it back to them?

So far, no success with the phones. They came up busy every time I called, all day long, except from 1200-100, when I got a recorded message saying it was lunch time and to call later. Tried from three phones too. No response to the voice message I left them Monday morning either. And I dont know if I supposedly have to pay to ship it back, but I will definately refuse to considering they made the mistake in the first place for something I paid for and clearly specified that I wanted done and was told could (and would) be done. Just tried calling now too and got the "at lunch" recording. Will update later. I plugged the EGR back in as a test and the light went off, so its definately the problem, and I also retested the fans at 180*, and no fans come on.
Im starting to get a bit annoyed at this. Called all throughout the day today with a constant busy signal, from three different phones. I have emailed them twice now. Left a voice message. Absolutely no response from them at all. Also, checked to see if they had a new phone number up, nope. Anyone have any news about them i havent heard?? I thought they had a good reputation for cust. service. And no, i should not have to pay to send it back to fix a problem that is completely their fault AND responsibility to fix.
UPDATE: Finally got ahold of them and I did forget that its tax season so the phones get tied up a lot. No problem I said and told them about the issues with the fans not coming on at 180* and the EGR light, he checked the tune and saw that he forgot to do both and apologized. They are sending a UPS guy to my door tomorrow to pick it up, overnighting it there, fixing the tune, and overnighting it back at NO CHARGE. I am VERY pleased with their customer service and it reminds me to stay calm when things dont go right the first time Lesson learned. Go Texas Speed!
