Ok im not bashing TS&P they have great product and service. But whom ever is incharge of shipping in not really doing their job. I send them my PCM to get retuned on 4-4-06 they got it 4-6-06. I paid to get it 4-7-06. Guess what happened they shipped it somewere else. They said I should get it on 4-13-06 which I really need it to get to work. I'm tired of bumming of rides. This also happened to my cousin his took 1 week and a half to get his, and samething it was shipped some where else.
Alittle advise or warning to anyone sending their PCM to TS&P. Write your address and name or all your info on your PCM itself, make it stand out like a big sore thumb. I'm not sending no other PCM to them, since it happen twice already.
Please dont delete or lock this thread as it is just an advise and warning.

I have heard tons of people that were completely satisfied with their products and shipping. You are the first person since they started doing the mail order tunes that I have heard have a problem. I highly doubt this is something that needs to be spread around because it was just some rare incidence you and your buddy had. There turn around has always been great and usely get them back out to you the same day they receive them.

ive done the mail order tune twice, no complaints.

however, my friend bought a bunch of parts that took WAY too long to get to him, but thats a different problem entirely.

Well its only 2 hrs to drive up their but I work the same hours the stay open. I wish I could of just skipped work to go tune it "sigh" o well i guess they dont like us odessa folks lol.

they made the rumbler no one else will have..... and you shouldn't have a problem like those guys siad it just fluke this is the first ever heard of any problems

I don't think it can be considered a fluke if it happened to his friend also. I'd say your fine on the Rumbler getting shipped correctly, but **** does happen sometimes.

i bought my headers from them no problems just took a lil long to email me my confirmation and tracking infor i thought they didn't get it but by the time they sent it which was like 3/4 days after buying on a suday at like 2:00pm they were here like that next tuesday.

I dunno... i'm not sure how they opperate exactly but i ordered the Rumbler from them on friday and i haven't heard hide nor hair from them. I know sometimes that happens and it just shows up on your doorstep one day, but i really like to at least get a confirmation email or something. In addition to that they never answered any of my previous emails or phone messages... :(

Ditto, no one answers my emails or when I call im on hold for the longest time and they say they will get back to me in a hour and nothing. This is leaveing me in the dark. I just want to know they are doing something just to assure me im not being forgotten is all.

I sent out my PCM last night and they got it today. I called bright and early. They said they'd have it done and shipped back out tonight, but I wouldn't receive it 'til Monday because UPS isn't shipping tomorrow (because of the holiday?).
