I am trying to save a trip to the dealership for a stock tune (I believe its at least $50 for them to flash your PCM). I need a bone stock tune from a 2002 or compatible (identical) year automatic 3.8l. I also have the y87 option, not sure what difference that makes besides the gears. Does anyone have it? I'm trying to tune for nitrous and I'd like to start with stock, my current tune came from TSP who seems to not want to return my phone calls/emails regarding this subject.
Thanks

I have a '00 auto stock tune... I guess you could copy the tables manually?

I got one from the HP Tuners forum, but I'm not sure if it was a y87 car.
I got it all set, I changed everything back to stock except I left Torque Management completely disabled and have virtually no speed limiter (I doubt I'll be hitting 200mph in the 3.8L lol!). I do have one question though, my Speedo stuff was different than the stock tune's.
My VSS Pulses/Mile was 109030, stock was 98190...
My Trans Revs/Mile was 2724.0233, stock was 2454.0233
I'm not sure if the tuner at TSP messed with that or not to be honest, but my wheel/tire size never changed from stock so I'm not sure why it would be so different. I'm just worried about using all of these tables from the file if its somehow different than my car. It did say it was a 2002 Camaro/Firebird, but i'm not sure how to tell if it was a y87 or not. That should be the only difference in the tunes if I'm not mistaken.
Anyone know the correct ratios that I should be running? It seems like my speedo is at least 5mph fast now that I used the data from that stock file.

its banks27's tune...you could ask him if its a Y87 car via pm if you'd like.

All you have to do if you have hp tuners is put in what size of tires you have and what gears. Once you do that it'll change VSS Pulses/Mile and Trans Revs/Mile.
