I Just finally got my HP tuners and I took it for a spin with the scanner on. I found out there my car is getting premature misftire DTC code and lots of knock under the boost. Like 10 degrees of knock if I floor it. Also, I have noticed that IAT is really high.
Is there anyway I can use the HPtuner to decrease the amount of knock?
probably want to go read about how to use HPT first before making major changes.
but, you decrease timing, and check your AFR will decrease knock
running higher octane will help, but that is not necessary
what is your IAT?
