i have been looking at getting a tune from these guys and also thinking about trying to get a dis4 ignition box but i was wondering if it was worth doing them both....i mean if the tune with help out in the ignition department would the dis4 box make that much of a difference

just get the tune and don't worry about ignition. Our stock systems are really good actually and last longer usually than the aftermarket stuff. I would only upgrade if you are blowing the spark out with some radical engine or big power adder.
