I dont think they made programmers for 96's, or hptuners, your best bet would be to send it to...

I would try taking it to a Dyno and have it tuned their. I think they can tune your car. I know they have a couple of places here in Delaware. They might have some places in Ocean City.Comment

DHP has their programmer that works with a 96 pcm. you can use HP Tuner you have to swap in a 1997 PCM tho (direct swap thank god)
call PCM link above he can help you track down a 1997 PCM tune it and mail it to you that way you have no down timewww.turbov6camaro.com
