Yes, the idle is contorled by the computer. If your not giving the car any gas the throttle will not read 0% becuase its cracked open becuase the engine needs air to breath. If you notice when your car is running, and you turn the key off, you will hear a tick a second after it shuts off, thats the throttle closing 100%, so that would be your 0%. I just had my truck tuned by www.gowheatley.com Hes here in Houston, and he uses hp tuners, i had him remove my speed limitor, adjust timing, and adjust my idle rpm, truck runs awsome now. If you want to adjust your idle or anything else on your car, give him a call for $250 you cant beat it, www.gowheatley.com
