pcm tuning Q's please help

ok so im lookin at a pcm tune from texas speed. not sure of what shift point to move where or jus leave them stock? second what is touque management and what should it be set to? Last I need some thing more along the lines of air/fuel management and they dont really have a tune for that i have a mini AFC but its not doing the trick anymore the 4.10 gears big cam and 38lbs injectors are confusing the heck out of my pcm I have to chang the AFC every timr idrive the car depending on weather and eng temp and (even than its hit or miss) any ideas

delete all TM
tell them your mods (gears, cam, exhaust, injectors and size) and they will tune it for what you have
