i want to have my car tuned i was thinking pcm or less or texas speed mail in order tune.
i have a 99 3.8 y87 camaro (not 100% sure if its the y87 have to look at the rpo codes. but it does have 3.42's lsd and stock exhaust had dual outs)
    mods:
    free ram air mod
bypassed intake silencer with pvc and pvc couplers
2.5in cat back flowmaster 80 series
    k&n air filter.
so what should i tell texas speed or pcm for less i want to tune in/out of my car.
    and what should i expect

just my opinion, but I would rather get a buddy to tune it (if they were decent at it)

                Re: tuning?

If you are still interested in what's involved with a tune, what all can be done to the computer, and what you should expect as far as a power gain, call me at Texas Speed at 806-866-0734 and ask for Jacob.

Texas Speed is in the house?

                  This could be cool.

No doubt, I have a question about the price you guys charge. I have already had my pcm tuned once by TS, and I am swapping out to 3.42 gears soon, and I am going to need to have it re-tuned to change some things. What do you guys charge for the second go around? I know it was different then the first. Thanks!

I thought you just had to pay shipping in the past, if not let me know, I have the 97 license and could change for your gears if you cover shipping.

                        Re: tuning?

If you've had your tune done within one year, we'll do it for free minus the shipping. If not, it's only $75 for the second time plus shipping, so you save $50.
