5 Volt Reference B wire?

Does anyone know where the 5 volt reference (B) LT BLU/BLK wire from the C2 pin 34 circuit 1688 Pin-out runs to? This is for a 98 Camaro with a 3.8 V-6. Thank you, Tommy.

It comes from the PCM. Specifically from the C2 (clear circuit) at pin cavity 34. The circuit number it is on is 1688. This is a PCM for a 98 Camaro with a 3.8 V-6 engine and 4L60E automatic transmission. It is suppose to be a 5 volt reference B wire that is LT BLue with Black stripe. I have been looking for a long time and can't find out where it goes. Thank you for your support, Tommy.
