    Re: PCMforless

i have a pcmforless tune, its not bad, i would go with the firmest shifts, its not bad, mine is a daily driver, i have it tuned for 93 as well, and i dont know if that really made a difference, and i get like 18mpg, that sucks, but they recalibrated my speedo for tires/gears, killed the speed limiter, and disabled some codes for me, there is a noticeable gain, but i mainly did it for the gear calibration, i am going to send it back here shortly so they can remove timing for my nitrous, it would be nice if i could run 87 right now though... damn you oil companies!

Actually it costs the same for premium as regular... I got about 368 miles on this last tank and consider 15ish gallon tank right... When I accidentally put premium in I got like 320-330... hmmm lets see 20 cents more per gallon times 15, 3 extra dollars for 30 more miles:) p.s. this is proof that my 92 octane tune probably really works

Am I missing something here, but on premium you got LESS miles - 320 vs 368. So how is that better?

I have a '96, and i ordered a tune from PCMforless, my question is, how come they won't accept my PCM as a deposit? What is the difference between the '96 and 97-02 PCMs??

96s are not tuneable with hptuners so your 96 pcm is useless to them
