Are you talking about the internal MS board modifications? Or the wiring from the megasquirt to the ignition system on a 3.4L camaro?

I modified my board for spark control just like this:
        http://home.att.net/~basic-4/megasqu...etup-GMDIS.htm

        That's on my site.

But it's the same way as shown here and this one has some pictures:

As for the communication problem, is Megatune giving you any type of error messages?

            thanks for the diagrams
in communication settings i tried to verify ecu communication and it failed im not positive i have the proper serial cable but i am pretty sure. I dont have ms fully wired in just power and ground to establish communication that should be enough right.
            thanks again

Yea, just power and ground should get it up enough to communicate...you'll just get junk readings on the gauges since the sensors aren't attached. The serial cable needs to be a stright-through cable, IE: pin 1 to pin 1, pin 2 to pin 2, etc. It CANNOT be a null-modem cable.

Do you have a 9-pin serial port on your computer, or are you using a USB->serial converter?

                    Re: mega squirt in phoenix

Just make sure your serial port is working and that in megatune communication settings the com port is set to the same as your 9-pin serial port.
