Max Timing

Sorry if im being kinda ignorant, but i wanted to know which is the max timing for a 97 3800 engine, which is still a safe point.

It depends on your mods really and after modding you scan it, add some more timing then scan somemore. I would think 28 degrees is a good amount , but you still have to scan for KR.

each car is different, you need to log and see how it goes.
