        Injector Rated Fuel Pressure: 39.15
Your Fuel Rail Pressure: 42 (is this the pressure that i see when my car is at idle)?
        Injector Rated Flow Rate 36

Are these numbers correct? or should i have left the numbers that was already in the spread sheet?

Re: Few questions on bigger injectors

Most injectors are rated at 43.5psi.

The gtp injectors are 36lb's at it's stock fuel pressure, which I
think is ~50psi. Maybe slightly higher.

Re: Few questions on bigger injectors

Thanks for the info :) I just put in 33.7 in all the slots except for 3.50 and 33.77 in the last two, in the Injector Flow Rate vs. KPA VAC chart. I just replaced the 22 i had with 33. I didn't really understand the injector spread sheet :/ For the finished numbers it has Injector Flow g/sec, and in my HP Tuners you must list lb/hr... I'm guessing there must be a way to convert the g/sec to lb/hr. But, I test drove with the 33 in place of the 22. My long term fuel trims are staying near zero, or sometimes they will jump up to around 5 or so, but most of the time they are running in the neg. range while driving.. So they are staying in the blue that's a big plus from them running in the teens while regular driving before the new fuel pump and 36lb injectors. Plus at WOT running NA, my injector duty is at 45 to 50% compared to the 85 to 90% NA, and with nitrous it was hitting upto 95% a few times. Have not tried nitrous on the new injectors and fuel pump yet.

After looking at the scan, from the test drive. Looks while at idle or when I'm decreasing speed, the LTFT's will jump to 5 to 7 or 8 on Bank 2 and on Bank 1 it's about half that. Now for regular driving the LTFT's are from 0 to negative 4 to sometimes 7 it looks. Also, when I got into WOT they are running 0 to in the low negative numbers. Big plus :D So maybe just replacing the 22 with the 33 is a good fix?

However, for some crazy reason I'm still getting KR in cells .52 and .56 of cylinder airmass on the scanner. i'm getting 6 to 8 KR... and I've already lowered the spark advance in some of the cells down to 5 to 7... What's really strange is... When I ran nitrous a few months back at the drag strip, I was able to fine tune the 88 shot to 15 degrees of spark advance. so I just plastered 15 in all the cells from 2800 to 6400, and i had no KR at all...

You would think that I would get KR with running nitrous, before running just NA. Any ideas on this would be great.

Anyone with HP Tuners, what kind of spark advance are you running in the 2800 to 6400 range? I just have no idea why I keep getting such high KR in especially .52 and .56 at 3600 to 5600m those are the two most use cells when running at WOT at NA. If I keep on removing the spark advance, I'll be at 0 spark advance or even to the point of removing spark... which does not sound right.

I'll be posting pics of the 36lb injector install. Hope someone can help shed some light on a few of the problems I'm having.

Thanks again for everyone that has helped me on this :D you've been a big help, and I've learned yet some more good knowledge. ;)

How did you get those? Did you use the spread sheet? I tried to look up all the info needed, but I could find nothing on here, nor HP tuners, heck I even tried to google the 36lb specs, and with no luck. :-/

This is how my PE table looks. I don't think I've touched it. I'm guessing it's either stock, or it was changed when I was getting mail order tunes before I got HP Tuners.

Do you have a wideband on the car?

Those pe values don't mean anything unless you post what your
                      base afr is.

Re: Few questions on bigger injectors

I have a wideband, but it's a gauge in my Camaro. The gauge isn't a cheapy, it cost around $300 or something like that. Just in case your wondering :) I know the cheap a/f gauges are just pretty lights :D But, there is no way for me to hook it up to my computer to scan the wideband details. So, would I need to look at the gauge while I'm at WOT? If so, I can tell you right off it's in the 11's during WOT at N/A, if my memory is correct. I'll get on it when I head out today and I'll let you know :)

Or are you talking about the base a/f ratio, as for taking I think it was the numbers I listed, and another chart and getting a ratio. I think it was 13 to 1. I'll have to check that back out when I get back home. Stinks that I'm in a rush right now.

Let me know if I'm in the right direction on what you was talking about :)

I was just asking if you had a wideband for tuning purposes. Does
the wideband have a 0-5v output?

I finally got the pics of the 36lb injector install up, and info on the work on the fuel rail.

Ok quick question... Are the GTP injectors rated at 50psi or 43.5 psi? I'm seeing different listings all over the place... I did a search on google... I'm seeing some say 43.5 and some say 50psi?
