im thinking of getting a JET low-temp therm. for a small upgrade. it wont throw any codes will it? and what effect will it have an a stock engine? i realize it is a supporting mod so im not expecting anything much

Why do you want to pay too much for a thermostat? Go to Autozone. They sell 195,180 and 160 T stats much cheaper.

i just bought my 180 degree failsafe t-stat for 14.99 at autozone.....the 160 degree was the same price....and the regular ones were cheaper.

I think the Hypertechs were only like $15.00 at Autoone too, which have the fail safe option.

my autozone cant even order it..i tryed, they dont even in there system.
