but as far as the trips, i've played it smart and will actually be able to write off all mileage, gas, and minor expenses each time i've traveled up there bc i made sure to book clients for my job to work with in the area each time i've went up. so basically the trip expenses are covered, i'm making money while i'm there, and the tune will be free (if that day ever comes)--- that's why i'm not raising all kinds of hell....otherwise, i'd agree with Smoke definitely.

eventually though, i will lose all patience if i don't get this underway.

unfortunately not, and i'm getting good and pissed with these jerkoffs. the owner is dodging my calls now and apparently they don't use hptuners so they can't even do what i need.

i'll be looking for a reliable shop to go to now....and raising some serious hell with this guy for the immense waste of my time and money.

you know one of the best things you can do is slander...lol just sit outside their shop with your car idling with like 2 spark plugs disconnected and every time someone comes up do get something done, be like...no, just listen to what they did to my car....

so it looks like im back on the hunt for an actually professional tuning shop in VA...those @ssholes kept jerking me around and i have half the mind to make some contacts with the better business bureau about my experience---but that's another thread.

I need a GOOD shop somewhere in va...preferably west of Richmond or around the area (i'm just outside of Virginia Tech), I don't feel like driving 6 hours to va beach just to have this happen again. I've been searching all over the place and calling shops left and right, can anyone give me a good hookup?? Every shop I've talked to either doesnt tune v6 or doesn't use hptuners. Any help is very appreciated guys.

got a dynotune scheduled for tomorrow morning in Richmond (thanks for the suggestions chevy350) with a LEGIT place that will work on a v6 with hptuners. it's about damn time.

fondle made 193/215 to the wheels with a mods list similar to mine, so i'm hoping to have numbers in that ballpark. we'll see soon.

i'll probly get the majority of the tuning done with it open since i usually run with it cracked part-way, but i do want to get separate pulls done with it completely open vs completely closed and see what the numbers say.
