Ok i need a CASE relearn. I know i can go to a dealership and have it done. But my friends had who is a mechanic for GM said i can just rev the car to the limiter until the cutout..

Is this true?

That is the general process, but the scanner will tell you when to rev it and then confirm that it has been relearned. I tried with my hp tuners, but it didnt seem to take; I borrowed a scanner from a friend.

what scanner did you use? The tech II? my friends dad said he may be able to borrow it form work..i wouldnt mind buying a scanner made just for this, and have it be very cheap :excited:

It wasnt a techII it was a matco scanner. I am told that is the same thing as a genesis.
