Can I replace my Monsoon deck without replacing my speakers?
I can't really afford to do it all at once so I want to replace one thing at a time.

not entirely sure but im thinking the the monsoon amp might still respond to a new deck.Wait, Is that a V6 or V8?

Yes you certainly can... folks do it all the time.
I ran an aftermarket Pioneer HU on my Monsoon system. The Monsoon amp accepts the speaker level output of the factory head. Your aftermarket unit will provide the same.
Nothing special needs to be done. Just get the wire harness for your car, hook it up like any other unit... key power, con power, ground, front/rear/left/right, etc and you are rockin'.
