i was worried about air flow as well so far i haven't had any problems. ive been keeping an eye on the temp. plus just in case my amp got a over heat protection so if it gets to hot it will shut off.

i have that same hu, had it for about 4 months (whenever it first came out) all of the pre-outs went bad and all i was getting was engine noise. save your receipt.

What model of tweeter are you using?

                  Are they swivelling flushmounts?

How is the sound staging with where you have them placed?

I've got all of my regular speakers replaced, and a sub box in the back. My low frequency response is about right (will be better after a sub upgrade), but my sound imaging is primarily from the rear. I get most of my high-frequency sounds from the little 3.5" speakers in the back.

I've been looking at some flush mount tweeters to go in my doors where the power window switches would be (crank windows for me), but I'm not sure if I'll be able to find a tweeter that small, so I am curious as to how well the placement you have for your tweeters brings the imaging to the front.

                  Otherwise, it looks awesome!

Im using the tweeters that came with my CDT Classics they are swivel flush mounts.
They sound awesome where they are. i held them in a few different places and they sounded the best were they are now.
