    Re: what's better?

No matter how safe you area is there is no low-risk area, I have seen stuff stolen from the nicest of areas just as much as the seedy areas of town. If someone knows you have a system and they are sleezy enough to want it without paying for it they will steal it regardless of area and cameras, night or day. Not to be a debbie downer just don't want you to feel like you never have anything to worry about.

now that ya'll have brought it to my attention, the risk of someone stealling my system definately makes me want to get the stealth box. i'm satisfied with the sound (my buddy has the mtx one.) i'm just gonna get mine from subthump though. i'm gonna try for the 10" alpine s. tips on an amp?

You should make your own stealth box like I'm going to do over christmas break.

Doesn't look too hard and it will save a ****load of money.. and you can make it as strong as you want.

Unless you're going to make a driver and passenger side at the same time.... it's almost not worth it for the $112 IMO.
