on the monsoon system, I believe the speakers in the hatch at 4x6, but don't waste your money upgrading them. They are fill speakers and they don't even do a good job at that. The sound staging for them isn't proper, so most just eliminate them.
The rears are 4". But I wouldn't even worry about them. Disconnect them and call it a day. Oh and Circuit City does carry every speaker size. Even if they're not on the display board. Just ask. 100% positive they carry Pioneer 4" speakers...maybe some others as well.
And the factory headunit does not come with an AUX in of any kind. Some interface modules are offered however....
i replaced the monsoon stereo with a pioneer dehp 3900 mp
it has the aux unit just wondering what wire was used for it

The faceplate just has a 3.5mm minijack connection on it. Exact same as a headphone jack. So what you need is a minijack to minijack cable. Looks like a headphone plug on both ends. Plug one end into the faceplate and the other into your headphone jack on your MP3 player. Circuit city, Best Buy, Radio Shack all sells them.
Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
