I have some good news for us RS owners! I had contacted humount.com to make a mount kit that reads 'CAMARO RS'. Aside from making the mount for me they also put it up on their site for order by anyone. I have one of these mounts in my Fiero and though they are pricey they are great.
I wasn't ask to post this by humount. I just though you fine folks would like to be aware.
i don't think i have ever seen this mod b4 how hard is it to install? is the power just wired right to the stereo?
Very easy IMO. I think even a first timer should have no issues. They are connected to the illumination wire I believe. So the lettering only turns on when your headlights are on.

Thats correct. It installs the same way as any other stereo mount but you wire up the lights to the illumination wire.
I saw something about a stereo, but it looks like the little thingy that goes over the license plate?
Its a flashy dash kit. Same job as those $20 plastic Metra kits from Circuit City or Best Buy. But these are semi-custom. Brushed aluminum and illuminated lettering. Adds a little flare. I wouldn't mind it provided the LEDs weren't TOO bright.
